To achieve this, it is important to identify and continuously improve these processes. This study aims to apply concepts and tools of process management, seeking to identify activities carried out within the organization, map the processes currently in use and their stakeholders, propose improvements for the development and management of these processes, as well as create and implement indicators to measure the efficiency of these processes in an environmental consulting and advisory office in Rio Grande do Norte. For these purposes, tools such as strategic planning, organizational charts, process flowcharts, among other methods and tools that add robustness to the work and maximize the results obtained by the company, will be used.
