There are different causes for its development, such as trauma, idiopathic, iatrogenic, complication due to surgical access, infectious process and ductal stenosis. As there is no consensus in the literature regarding the management of the clinical condition, several approaches are used. This paper discusses the conduct of three cases of sialoceles with different etiologies. The first case consisted of a 30-year-old male patient, victim of a motorcycle accident, who developed sialocele due to postoperative complications of temporomandibular access. The second, a 35-year-old female patient who was a victim of stab wounds.
