In this sense, objective, specifically, to know the level of student’s familiarity with the Web 2. 0; identify the resources of Web 2. 0 used by students; identify the uses that students do Web 2. 0 resources; and identify the expectations of these students regarding the use of Web 2. 0 features as working tool. The methodological procedures adopted include the bibliographical research and the application of questionnaires. The results obtained show that the level of familiarity of the informants with Web 2. 0 is high and that they use the 2. 0 resources, primarily virtual communities and blogs, both for personal purposes as academic/professional. Most want to use these resources as a tool for work in your professional future. In this regard, emphasizes the importance of a specific discipline exists to treat this subject in the curriculum of the course.
