This system has some attractive for new investors: higher chances of success, the structure of supply process, support and training. These are some of the benefits perceived by entrepreneurs who opt for open a franchised unit. This study aims to propose a methodology for structuring franchising networks, ensuring the maintenance of standards and operational processes and creating more possibilities of success for the business. At first a literature review of the franchising system and its evolution in the market was done. Then, was realized a case of study in a consulting firm to define different steps required to the creation of a franchiser network. These steps are described in detail in order to guide those who aims to expand their business through franchising.
