However, over time, these requests for funds became a problem, as there are many requests without the invoice inserted in the amount when the payment has already been made, as well as the whole process from the request to the payment is still done manually, which makes it difficult for the sector to have control of how many requests were made and even which ones have already been paid. This sector also sells products from other sectors, and the calculation of this sale is done manually, which may be prone to errors in these calculations. up a big problem.
