Methodology: This is an observational study with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted with patients aged 18 or older who participated in telerehabilitation sessions at the CEF, utilizing the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire. Results: The findings indicate that most participants positively evaluated their experience, reporting a usability index of 82.8%, with particular emphasis on the convenience and flexibility of the remote format. However, technological challenges and some skepticism regarding the equivalence of remote care compared to in-person care were identified, despite evidence in the literature upporting its non-inferiority. Conclusion: Telerehabilitation demonstrates a satisfactory usability index, proving to be a viable and effective alternative, especially for patients with mobility limitations.
