And on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global pandemic and several states and municipalities adopted a lockdown, with the aim of soften the spread of the virus and, consequently, tourism had its activities affected. One of the sectors most affected was travel agencies. Travel between 2019 and 2020 fell from 21.8% to 13.9%, a reduction of 7.3 million trips. In view of the above, the aim of this study is to identify the consequences of the end of the Covid-19 pandemic for travel agencies in the municipality of Currais Novos/RN. The nature of the study consists of a case study, with qualitative research of an exploratory nature, the methodological procedure used for data collection was the use of a questionnaire through the Google Forms tool, in addition to bibliographic research on the subject.
