Method: This is an experience report based on immersion in the 50+ Health group, which took place from March to November 2023, due to a paid extracurricular internship. Eight elderly women participated in the group, under the guidance of five professionals, namely: occupational therapist, dance and yoga teacher, nutritionist, music therapist and production engineer (group coordinator). The meetings took place weekly, lasting an average of three hours and covered different themes, developed using different methodologies, which were grouped into moments: + Memory, + Movement, + Music and + Nutrition. Results: Group participants reported that the meetings had a positive impact on their mental health. The occupational therapy and music therapy workshops stood out in terms of promoting mental health. Final considerations: It is concluded that actions to promote the mental health of the elderly population can be carried out through light technologies and are a growing field within the scope of supplementary health.
