Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Enfermagem)- Departamento de enfermagem, Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64904Objective: To map the scientific evidence available in the literature on the psychological distress of nursing students in their final year of studies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is a scoping review based on the methodological guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute. The research question was structured using the PCC acronym (Population: nursing students; Concept: psychological distress; Context: final year of the course). Searches were conducted in the MEDLINE via PubMed, SciELO, LILACS, and Cochrane databases between May and June 2025, covering the period from 2020 to 2025. The selection process followed the PRISMA-ScR model. Results: Seven studies were included, highlighting high levels of psychological distress among students, with symptoms such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. The main associated factors were fear of Covid-19 infection, academic overload, professional insecurity, sleep deprivation, communication difficulties, and fragility in the construction of professional identity. Conclusion: The pandemic intensified these factors, negatively impacting academic performance and students' psychological well-being. The psychological distress of nursing students in their final year is multifactorial and requires institutional attention. It is recommended to implement psychopedagogical support policies, active listening strategies, and actions aimed at strengthening mental health within the educational environment, in order to ensure an ethically, technically, and emotionally qualified training.pt-BRAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Sofrimento psicológicoEstudantes de enfermagemSaúde MentalEnsino superiorRevisão de escopoPsychological distressNursing studentsMental HealthScoping reviewSofrimento psicológico de estudantes de enfermagem no último ano de curso: revisão de escopobachelorThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDECIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
