The objective of this research is to analyze the performance of the system’s users through heuristic evaluation, as well as to identify flaws and/or difficulties resulting from the interaction between users and the Autonomus System. To achieve this, the methodology employed was based on a descriptive approach, including bibliographic research and the application of a questionnaire. The target audience consisted of professionals and researchers involved in the system’s project who also monitor its implementation with patients within the hospital. The results obtained through the questionnaire, which was based on Nielsen’s ten heuristic principles, were essential for evaluating possible usability issues in the Autonomus System. The responses were satisfactory in the heuristic evaluation, indicating the absence of significant failures regarding Nielsen’s heuristic principles in relation to the system’s graphical interfaces.
