Due to the great demand and high commercialization, the cosmetic industry is investing hugely in production capacity, as well as the improvement in less time in production and high quality and short distribution time of supplies and goods. For these reasons the Plantus Industry renews itself every day looking for qualification of labor and improvement of its productive process with the aim of reducing energy and supply losses besides the sustainability with the environment. The work consists of an internship report held at 220 hours quality control laboratory in a pharmaceutical industry and 163 analyzes were made regarding vegetable oils, butters, vegetable extracts and essential oils. Among these analyses, 27 samples were forwarded to corrective measurements and then revalidated in the laboratory to attend the respective specifications. Thus, the laboratory and the production carried out actions that successfully revalidated the products. Highlighting the minimization of energy waste and raw material, excluding new costs.
