In a rapidly evolving business environment, strategic HR management has emerged as a critical factor in aligning operational practices with organizational objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience. The primary objective was to investigate how process modeling and the integration of advanced technologies can address challenges such as fragmented workflows, lack of process standardization, and inefficiencies in HR operations. The methodology employed a qualitative approach, incorporating case study analysis and a comprehensive theoretical review. The study examines core concepts such as BPM, digital transformation, process standardization, and strategic HR management, establishing a strong foundation for evaluating organizational improvements. The findings demonstrate that implementing BPM methodologies and leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and automation can significantly improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and foster enhanced employee engagement. This research concludes that process modeling and digital transformation are essential tools for organizations seeking to modernize HR practices and achieve strategic alignment.
