From this development came the opportunity to enhance the work of PIBID - Music, in which I participate as a fellow trainee in order to contribute to the process self-evaluation of project performance as a whole, through an experience report that discusses and analyzes determining aspects of its development. The methodology for collecting and analyzing data consisted of archival research and application of objective and subjective questionnaires.
