The main objective is to analyze the technical, financial, and market feasibility of the enterprise, exploring the local potential of abundant raw materials, the absence of direct competitors, and the growing demand driven by the expansion of the construction sector and infrastructure projects in the region. The project is justified by the strategic opportunity to serve a growing regional market, addressing identified gaps in the supply of quality ceramic products and contributing to local employment and income generation. The results indicated economic and financial feasibility, with a projected payback period of 4 years and 6 months, a contribution margin above 75.77% in the first four years, and strong competitive potential thanks to its location, the use of local raw materials, and efficient cost management.
