The methodology used was based on an applied research, descriptive and explanatory from the use of a questionnaire composed of open and closed questions, as well as the analysis of data was a qualitative way. The main results were mapping the business strategies adopted by the company and at the same time, set guidelines for the same, becoming, thus, in a case study.
