The research is a case study, with descriptive statistical analytical approach. The population is comprised of professors and administrative technicians from UERN. The sample is non-probabilistic due to accessibility and comprises a universe of 1,222 professors and 902 administrative technicians. The data collection technique was performed through a questionnaire. Data were collected electronically, made available by institutional e-mail and analyzed through the elaboration of graphics. The result obtained reveals that some platforms are more used than others, as is the case of institutional e-mail and SEI and Íntegra platforms.
