Facilitadores e barreiras à adesão a um programa de reabilitação auditiva infantil nas modalidades presencial e remota. 2022. 45f. In the years 2020 and 2021, many auditory rehabilitation services needed to fully or partially adopt technological tools to provide services to their users. Thus, studies that analyze the frequency of these users to auditory rehabilitation programs offered in face-to-face and remote modalities are important. Aims: To describe and compare the frequency of users of an auditory rehabilitation program offered in face-to-face and remote modalities, as well as to analyze the facilitators and barriers to therapeutic adherence. Method: cross-sectional, retrospective, documentary, descriptive and analytical study. Participants were 63 children and their families, enrolled in the hearing health program linked to SUS, from February/2019 to December/2021. Numerical collection of the monthly frequencies of children was carried out in the year 2019, in the face-to-face modality and in the years 2020 and 2021, in the remote modality, in addition to the children and family’s data. Descriptive analysis and inferential statistics were applied. Results: Differences were observed between the frequency of children in the program in the years 2019 and 2020 and 2020 and 2021. Family factors have been shown to affect children's attendance in both modalities. Conclusion: There was variation in the frequency in the transition of modalities, with the highest frequency in the face-to-face modality. It was observed, however, that telepractice can be a timely facilitator, especially for disadvantaged families.Correção de Deficiência AuditivaCooperação e Adesão ao TratamentoFamíliaCriançaTeleconsultaFacilitadores e barreiras à adesão a um programa de reabilitação auditiva infantil nas modalidades presencial e remotabachelorThesis
