Itinerário para preceptoria nos serviços socioassistenciais do município de Caicó/RN: uma proposta de ensino. Orientador: Dr. Dulcian Medeiros de Azevedo. 2025. 50f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Educação, Trabalho e Inovação em Medicina) - Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas do Rio Grande do Norte, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/63711With the process of interiorization of higher education in health, the Multicampi School of Medical Sciences (EMCM) brings to Seridó Potiguar the proposal to introduce, among professional qualification opportunities, the Multiprofessional Residency Programs in Maternal and Child Health and Primary Care (PRMAB), a postgraduate specialization program (lato sensu, in the Brazilian educational system) in the work-based learning modality. This type of education aims to qualify professionals and the regional service network where residents are placed, strengthening the integration between education and service. The PRMAB goes beyond teaching biomedical concepts, seeking to expand the scope of health education to a heterogeneous range of professions, to strengthen actions in the intersectoral network of social policies. In this program, residents are directed to services under the Social Assistance Policy. Preceptorship emerges in health practice settings and intersectoral services as a new activity to be developed by professionals, posing a challenge. This study aimed to describe the experience of teaching activities for preceptors in the social assistance services of Caicó-RN and to produce a training itinerary for preceptors linked to the PRMAB/EMCM through teaching workshops. This qualitative study, structured as an experience report, was conducted at the Social Assistance Reference Centers (CRAS) and the Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS) between October and December 2024. Four thematic workshops were structured: 1) Multiprofessional Residency Program and its pedagogical plan; 2) Preceptorship; 3) Teaching, service, and community; and 4) cross-sector collaboration. As an outcome of these workshops, a teaching itinerary was developed for preceptors to use in their daily routines, aiming to qualify the teaching-learning process during rotations in social assistance services.pt-BRAcesso AbertoPreceptoriaEducação continuadaColaboração intersetorialInternato não médicoItinerário para preceptoria nos serviços socioassistenciais do município de Caicó/RN: uma proposta de ensinomasterThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDE
