For the visually impaired have mobility means improving the quality of life, especially if the poor need to use the transportation system of urban service. Thus, this final paper aims to present a system that looks inclusion of visually impaired people through the union of technology and accessibility. e-Guia is a system that brings information to the visually impaired using urban transport, particularly buses, through the use of mobile devices. For the realization of this project it was necessary to design an architecture that would enable the communication between the user, the bus, and the remote server, which the last one is responsible for receiving the information, and also, by prompting the visually impaired that the desired bus is close to the bus stop. Experiments called field tests were performed in a production environment.
