In this way, we bring to the fore the importance which the master of band features in this process, which is a very important role in relation to this practice. The study has a qualitative nature, so we opted for a case study for a better reflection about this phenomenon. The information contained in this work were obtained through interviews and observations, as well as the experiences acquired during the author's participation in this project.
