Method: We opted for field research, more precisely opinion research, characterized as exploratory, quantitative and qualitative, carried out in the district of Muriú by residents who use the health service. Data was collected using a questionnaire with open and closed questions based on the PMAQ-AB and PCATool-Brasil, using Google Forms, and analyzed using simple descriptive statistics with absolute and relative frequencies and averages when necessary for quantitative data, and Iramuteq software for qualitative data. As for ethics, the research was carried out based on Resolution 510 of April 7, 2016, in which participants were not identified.Results: The data shows a predominantly negative evaluation about the opening hours of the unit, the way appointments are made, the use of the telephone to get rapid assistance when needed, and the care provided.
