The research uses data collected over a decade, analyzing aspects such as age, gender, level of education, occupational status, and socioeconomic status of users. The article seeks to identify patterns that can assist in the formulation of public policies and in the improvement of services provided by the mental health network. The results highlight trends in the profile of users, such as the prevalence of care for certain age groups and greater social vulnerability among patients. In addition, the importance of CAPS III as a space for reception and social reintegration is discussed, especially in a regional context marked by structural challenges and inequalities.
