Influência do consumo per capita e da concentração de DBO nos custos de ETE em municípios de pequeno porte. 2019. 21 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia Civil) - Centro de Tecnologia, Departamento de Engenharia Civil, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/40756For universal implementation of sanitation, according to the Plano Nacional de Saneamento Básico (PLANSAB), the necessary investments in sanitary sewage were estimated at R$ 182 billion, to be invested until the year 2033. About 17.75% (R$ 32.3 billion) would be intended only for the wastewater treatment. In this context, knowing that the wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) are industrial facilities with the purpose of receiving wastewater and after a series of units and processes, return it to a receiving body, the present work aims to evaluate the influence of the per capita water consumption and concentrations of organic effluent materialof the project of wastewater treatment plants by facultative pond in semiarid region. For the work analyzes were performed to the real data and literature by consulting the Plano Municipal de Saneamento de Luís Gomes, located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, memorial of calculation of the municipal WWTP, articles related to the theme, data of National Sanitation Information System (SNIS), the National Wateres Agency (ANA), and several authors on the subject. Hence, new dimensions were made with the collected data and the comparison between the deployment and operation costs of the worked situations was compared. From the results presented, it can be observed that through a simple more detailed search of real parameters for the dimensioning wastewater treatment plants by facultative pond, it can be reduced or added from 7% to 177% in the cost of this station. This amount, in case of reduction, is reversed in other investments in the sanitation sector. A well-designed design avoids excess and unnecessary expense in running and operating the systems, as well as preventing possible damage to the environment.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Saneamento.
