Sharing information from unreliable sources has put the population's health at risk, shaping their behavior and habits in relation to health care. Objectives: to analyze the circulation of Fake News related to vaccines on news sites and web, from November to December 2023. Methodology: Exploratory and descriptive study, with a quantitative approach, which had as its source data from websites and portals obtained from the BuzzSumo Platform. The data was collected from November 29th to December 12th, 2023, and information published during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic was sought. Results: the final sample of the study corresponded to the analysis of 10 Fake News about vaccines, with their content checked on specialized platforms and portals that contained checking panels. Final considerations Fake News is a recurring problem in digital media, but it needs to be combated by public authorities and civil society.
