Due to manual work limitations, the use of diagrams block in most geomorphological analyzes occurs in a secondary way - maps and plans are the products most found in the pertinent literature. With the development of new instruments and tools to carry out Geoprocessing, it is currently possible to create models in three dimensions of the relief without the need for great artistic skills. In this sense, the objective of this research is to systematize and integrate techniques and procedures for the elaboration of 3D models of the relief. The methodological procedures include the following steps: 1) pre-field; 2) fieldwork; 3) data organization; 4) representations of the results, obeying the taxonomies and scales of geomorphology. Three areas were delimited in Rio Grande do Norte, with specific geomorphological characteristics for assembling the diagram blocks.
