Caicó, RN, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/62351This article explores the use of Decision Support Systems (DSS) in perfumery and cosmetics franchise networks in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, focusing on three units of the same network. The research investigated the use of SAD, its main functionalities and the impacts on decision-making processes. This study was carried out through a case study, and its data was collected through semi-structured interviews, analysis of operational documents generated by the system and on-site observation. After collection, the data were interpreted based on the theoretical framework, culminating in results that demonstrated that the use of SAD contributed significantly to organizational efficiency, providing greater agility in decisions and optimization of resources.
