Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica) – Centro de Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/49588This work presents the project of a photovoltaic solar distributed minigeneration plant connected to the COSERN medium voltage distribution network, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, in the municipality of Pedro Avelino, with the objective of being used in the form of remote self-consumption, so that, in this way, the owner of the enterprise can reduce its costs with electric energy. In Brazil, the regulation of distributed generation was implemented by ANEEL Normative Resolution No. 482/2012. The work presents the methodology of design of photovoltaic systems, separated by necessary steps for its elaboration. Initially, the text highlights the theoretical survey on the grid-connected, isolated and hybrid photovoltaic generation system. Next, the customer's consumption needs, the solar resource available at the place of interest and the physical characteristics of the installation were taken into account. Using the PVsyst software, the plant was designed for installation on the ground, in a fixed way, in a city with high solarimetric indexes and with available area, optimizing it for the absence of shading on the modules. The system was designed with a nominal AC power of 300 kW, using 4 Growatt inverters of 75 kW, a nominal DC power of 356.44 kWp, obtained from 56 arrangements with 19 BYD 335 W modules, as well as the sizing of the cables DC and AC, protection and switching devices, generating an average of 44,700.00 kWh/month. The cost of equipment and labor resulted in an investment of R$1,600,000.00 with a return on investment of 3,68 years.
