This study aims to report the successful implementation of the outpatient module of the PEP+RN in four hospitals within the SESAP/RN network, through an experiential report. The proposed method highlights the main functionalities of the system, outlining the planning for its construction, the training process for the teams, the local technological integration of the responsible team in the hospitals, and the creation of a feedback form. The obtained results included the visualization of the care flow, along with specific reports of experiences in each of the four hospitals. When analyzing the feedback, it was observed that 50.6% of users expressed satisfaction with the system, while 55.8% considered it easy to operate. However, it is worth noting that the hospital infrastructure plays a crucial role in the implementation, and the dependence on internet connectivity represents a challenge, as the network may occasionally be inoperative in hospitals.
