The constant technological evolution and changes in work practices have demanded continuous adaptation from organizations, particularly in the telemarketing sector, where the implementation of Training and Development (T&D) programs has become essential to improve the efficiency of employees working from home. In this context, the primary objective of this research is to understand employees' perceptions of T&D actions in a home office environment, with a specific focus on a telemarketing company. The specific objectives include examining the training and development methods used, analyzing employees' perceptions of these programs and their evaluation methods, and identifying opportunities for professional growth within the organization. By employing an exploratory qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews for data collection, the research analyzes employees' perceptions divided into three main categories: training and development programs, employee perception and program evaluation, as well as professional growth opportunities. The results highlight the importance of well structured T&D programs for employee motivation, performance, and retention, while also identifying areas for improvement, such as interactivity and post-training support.
