Adequação de projeto de residência unifamiliar padrão alto (R1-A) à certificação GBC Brasil Casa. 2023. 74 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia Civil) - Departamento de Engenharia Civil, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/56180The research concerns the suitability of a single-family residence project for the evaluation criteria of the environmental certification for civil construction, GBC Brasil Casa. The aim is to propose practical alternatives for the construction of a sustainable house. To achieve this, the prerequisites and credits required in the project phase for each of the 8 certification categories were analyzed. The proposed solutions also included adapting complementary projects for water and electrical installations, incorporating water reuse systems, and renewable energy. As a result, the implementation of these adjustments proved feasible, with a cost increase of 10% compared to the original budget. The efficiency of the solar energy system was approximately 85%, and the rainwater reuse system provided a monthly savings of approximately R$60. Therefore, the study contributed to the dissemination of knowledge regarding sustainability in civil construction and its applicability in high-end residential projects.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/SustentabilidadeGBC Brasil CasaConstrução SustentávelCertificação AmbientalAdequação de projeto de residência unifamiliar padrão alto (R1-A) à certificação GBC Brasil CasaSuitability of a high standard single-family residence project (R1-A) to GBC Brasil Casa certificationbachelorThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS
