In this scenario, the connectivity favored business models based on organizational arrangements in network, which brought profound socioeconomic impacts. Within the concept of shared economy, companies like uber, airbnb, netflix or spotfy constitute the main players – respectively – of transport markets, accommodation, television and music, with modest patrimony of tangible assets. In the Brazilian civil construction market, networked enterprises come to achieve billings in excess of 200 million of reais per year (SCHREIBER, 2014). However, the civil construction market, as well as the decoration of environments, requires improvements in information flow both for professionals in the area, as for final customers. It is within that bias that the research aimed to accomplish diagnosis of these trade relations, as well as develop strategies of connectivity and interactivity among different actors that comprise the said market. From the study of technologies of shared economy, costumer experience and data mining, was developed a methodology TruSign® - technology of market management of civil construction and of interior design. Centered on access of information, many times dammed in some niches professionals, as well in connectivity of all actors business relations of civil construction and interiors ambience, the tool integrates the best features of marketing, business model, design thinking, concierge and co-creation.
