This condition can be harmful to health, as it causes severe weight loss, leading to possible malnutrition, in addition to dehydration. Changing the consistencies and adjusting the energy density of the diet are important in nutritional monitoring, in addition to the need to provide greater safety during the feeding process. Health professionals are then faced with the difficulty of promoting health education so that patients and their families can take joint responsibility for treatment after dysphagia is diagnosed. Technology can be an ally in expanding and simplifying information in treatment. This study is methodological, involving the development of ICTs to adapt nutritional guidelines in the management of dysphagia. The textual materials used in the outpatient service were adapted into a folder format containing audiovisual resources transmitted by QR codes. This study took place in two stages, the first being related to the preparation of the folders, and the second, to the audiovisual materials, which were later inserted into the folders. As a result, 10 folders were created using text, images, and QR codes with access to audio narration of the content. Furthermore, an educational video was made on the correct use of thickeners to complement the folder containing this content.
