Monografia (Graduação em Administração Pública à Distância) - Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Nova Cruz, 2021.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/45186Bearing in mind the importance of distance education offered in a Public way, for a large number of people who see in this teaching modality the opportunity to access quality qualifications, this research aims to analyze the perception of students at the UAB pole of Nova Cruz/ RN, on the higher education course in Public Administration offered in the EAD modality, by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The student's opinion about this educational aspect is relevant, as he is the one who goes through the entire learning process and, consequently, has a basis for opining and contributing with feedback. For this purpose, an online questionnaire developed in google forms, adapted from the study by Chagas (2018), was used as a data collection instrument. The research is classified as an exploratory study of an applied nature, with quantitative characterization; as for the technical procedures, it fits as a case study. As a result, it was possible to identify broad favorable agreement among the researched variables, namely: the preparation offered by the course, the adequacy of the methodology that includes the performance of the de actors and the quality of the content.
