The digital telephony has been growing in use, applications and resources. VOIP calls are used in communication platforms such as Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and others. On the other side the analogical telephony is losing space. With a promising future for digital telephony, as the digital figures gain environments in this scenario. The digitization of calls allows computer systems relate to these tools creating modern mechanisms connections and interaction between users. In this context, this monograph presents the creation of a digital telephone exchange, which will have to correspond to the needs of the financier, the company Logica Sistemas LTDA ME. This will be built based on the open source softwares Asterisk and Freepbx. In addition, it will include a back-end made in Laravel framework and a web interface developed in ReactJS.
