In search of solutions, managers began to use economical tools to minimize such problems. The objective of this study is to analyze the economic performance of the investment funds that make up the investment portfolio of the Private Social Security Scheme of the Natal Municipality - NATALPREV, through the analysis of the risks and with that present a proposal of strategy for the portfolio of investments Maximizing performance and reducing risk. Using financial and statistical tools to get the results, addressing the current situation and the delimitations imposed by laws, decrees and ordinances. Analyzing variables such as yield and profitability, crossing descriptive information to obtain indexes, where they allow to evaluate the positive or negative performance of the investment fund. With this, the work proposes a standard of analysis for decision-making in investment funds of NATALPREV.
