Its large academic community has increasingly received students with disabilities and other specific needs. This work aimed to identify the informational needs on inclusion and accessibility of professors, public employees and students in this academic community. The method used was the survey, with an online questionnaire distributed from January to March 2021. There was a response from approximately 10% of the community, with 194 respondents in a universe of approximately 2.2 thousand people.Thedata quantitative analysis revealed that the informational needs of the three profiles of participants show a similar general trend, valuing support within the university more than outside it. However, variations were observed in the importance attributedto information in different profiles, and between students with and without specific needs. Information systems that meet these informational needs must accommodate these differences, prioritizing information appropriately for each person. What an academic community in the area of information technology would like to know about inclusion and accessibility?articlehttps://doi.org/10.21747/21836671/pag20a20
