In March 2019, this device was implanted at Hospital Seridó Regional - Telecila Freitas Fontes, located in Caicó / RN, for the planning of the service and was partnered by the Multiprofessional Primary Health Care Residency Program of the Multicampi School of Sciences Medical at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. In this sense, their goal is to understand the implementation of Reception with Risk Rating in a hospital unit in the city of Caicó / RN from the insertion of the Multiprofessional Primary Health Care Residency Program. This is a descriptive study, in the form of experience report, the result of experiences during the rotation at the hospital in the second year of the Residency Program. In the experience, it was possible to observe the contribution of this tool to the organization of the institution's internal flows and the Caicó / RN health network, as well as the role of the residence as protagonist of the beginning of the activity in welcoming the user. , daily data collection of those who demand the prompt service, matrix support and workshops to welcome spontaneous demand in primary care of the municipality.
