Objective: To evaluate mental illness reported by professionals in the mobile pre-hospital care service. Method: This is a cross-sectional study, developed in a Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU-192) in Brazil, between June and July 2023. The sample of this research was made up of 106 professionals working in the service. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) with CAAE: 67951222.5.0000.5537. Results: Therefore, of the 106 interviewees, the majority were male (57.55%) and aged up to 45 years (59.05%), first-aid drivers (22.86%), and had a weekly work schedule of up to 30 hours. (52.88%) and 42 (39.62%) professionals claim to have suffered psychological illness and the results mainly showed that the female factor is more predisposed to psychological impacts resulting from changes in the care profile than the male gender. Conclusion: The psychological impacts related to mental health substantially affected the professional and personal lives of the professionals interviewed. These findings draw attention to the need to develop strategies to mitigate workers' illnesses, as well as the identification and discussion of the factors of professional changes that caused psychological illness.CC0 1.0 Universalhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.pt-brInfecções por CoronavírusServiços Médicos de EmergênciaAssistência Pré-hospitalarSaúde do trabalhadorAvaliação do adoecimento mental referido pelos profissionais do serviço de atendimento móvel de urgência pós-pandemia da covid-19Evaluation of mental illness reported by professionals of the mobile emergency care service post-covid-19 pandemicbachelorThesis
