Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of a physiotherapeutic treatment for women with UI and sexual dysfunction (DS) through a training protocol for pelvic floor musculature. Methodology: This is a quasi-experimental study, carried out at the University Hospital Onofre Lopes. A total of 14 women with mixed urinary incontinence and active sexual life participated in the study. The data collection took place in three stages: Evaluation, with application of the evaluation form, of the questionnaires and physical examination; Intervention, with application of training protocol for pelvic floor musculature; and Reassessment, Application of evaluation form, questionnaires and physical examination at the end of treatment, after 2 months of intervention. Two visits were performed per week, with a duration of 30 minutes per service. The data were analyzed through the statistical software SPSS 20.0, assigning the level of significance of 5%. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to test the normality of the data. The bivariate analysis was conducted through the paired T-test with the objective of verifying differences between the initial and final moments of the treatment. Results: Perineometry presented a statistically significant difference (P = 0.033), as well as urinary complaints (P = 0.002) when compared before and after treatment. Regarding sexual function, no significant difference (P = 0.636) was observed at both moments. Conclusion: No statistically significant differences were found in relation to the SFFI questionnaire scores before and after the application of the training protocol for pelvic floor musculatureopenAccessFisioterapia, Mulheres, Incontinência urinária mista, Disfunção sexual.Avaliação da função sexual em mulheres com incontinência urinária mista antes e após um protocolo de treinamento para musculatura do assoalho pélvicobachelorThesis
