Such programs aim at, in summary, improve the well-being of workers in the organizational environment, to make them happier, more motivated and productive. The operationalization of these programs usually deals with numerous challenges of decision, like the determination of which projects should be effectively implemented, complying with the organization's criteria and needs, mainly under some restrictions. This work proposes to develop a multicriteria decision-making support model capable of helping to prioritize occupational health and QWL actions in a federal educational institution, with about 3.5 thousand civil servants. The problem was approached through multiple criteria, summarized by the term Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis - MCDA. For the modeling, the constituent elements of the problem were explored, such as the objectives, criteria, alternatives, decision actors, intrinsic restrictions and uncontrolled factors. The proposed model, which evaluated 15 alternatives using 10 criteria, was developed using the FITradeoff method (version 1.5 – 2022), subsidizing the composition of a portfolio of projects capable of complying the defined objectives.
