Dissertação (Mestrado em Saúde Coletiva) - Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/63657At the beginning of 2020, the global population was confronted with the pandemic caused by the SarCov-2 virus. The health crisis and the widespread dissemination of the virus significantly impacted society's way of life. In light of this scenario and given the researcher’s involvement with the study context, the following question arose: What were the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on the health and working conditions of the health management workers at SESAP/RN during the first year of the pandemic? This study aims to analyze the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the work processes and working conditions of central and regional-level managers at SESAP/RN. The methodology adopted in this study took a qualitative approach, utilizing document analysis to understand the actions and strategies implemented, as well as the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) technique to interpret and collectively present the opinions and perceptions of the interviewed managers. The document analysis revealed that SESAP/RN's health management had to implement several adaptations to work processes to mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 virus. Meanwhile, through the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD), with the participation of seven respondents, it was possible to capture managers' perceptions addressing issues not recorded in official documents, particularly those related to workers’ health and the working conditions faced during the pandemic. It is concluded that the research provided a deeper and more critical perspective on various aspects, including work organization, the resilience of management workers in adapting to the health crisis, working conditions, and the impacts on workers' health.pt-BRAcesso AbertoCovid-19Gestão em saúdeProcessos de trabalhoSaúde do trabalhadorConsequências da pandemia de Covid-19 nos processos de trabalho e nas condições de saúde de profissionais da gestão da Secretaria do Estado de Saúde Pública do Rio Grande do NortemasterThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::SAUDE COLETIVA
