Therefore, the case study aims to adapt a business model using entrepreneurship concepts and theoretical tools to enable a custom cap company from Rio Grande do Norte to enter the licensed products market and the B2C (Business to Consumer) market. The analysis of the current BMC (Business Model Canvas) together with the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis allowed us to identify the opportunity that the company has in covering this segment. Next, a strategic plan was developed using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and indicators were defined to measure the results obtained through this business model adaptation. The results obtained with the application of the tools and development of the actions provided significant results for the organization in question, such as: an increase in the company's revenue, new customers for its base, recurring monitoring of its metrics, increased added value and constant analysis of opportunities in new markets.
