As this is a component of the medical course at the Multicampi School of Medical Sciences (EMCM), it allows students to access several fields of the healthcare system, besides promoting integration between teaching, practice and community. We aimed to systematize the integration between EMCM and CAPS AD (Center for Psychosocial Care) for execution of Integrated Experience in the Community. This is a methodological research, focused on building pedagogical tools, emphasizing the researcher experience while being a preceptor in the research scenario, CAPS AD, in Caicó-RN Municipality. To support the organization of VIC practice, four thematic workshops were developed between August and September, 2023, with participation of five health professionals, being titled: 1. Presentation of VIC Curricular Component; 2. Technical Visit; 3. Interprofessional Consult, and 4. Healthcare Management at CAPS AD. In terms of results, we realize that the process of development of the workshops focused on the VIC, with preceptors/technical team from CAPS AD, has provided reflection and necessity for improvement in interprofessional relationships at work, despite existing difficulties and professional conflicts. At CAPS, these reflections can only reach their social and technical objectives by promoting interprofessional and cooperative work.
