Its transmission occurs sexually or vertically. Infection with this bacteria causes complications to the fetus such as spontaneous abortion, premature birth, fetal malformation, deafness, blindness, bone changes, mental disability and/or death. Studies indicate that the biggest challenge for nurses in breaking the syphilis transmission chain is the low adherence of pregnant women to prenatal consultations and/or missed appointments, as well as reinfection by undiagnosed and untreated partners. Objective: To develop a clinical simulation environment to provide instruction on the care of pregnant women with syphilis. Methodology: This is a methodological study for the construction of a simulated scenario. A literature search was made, a simple integrative review, to identify the scientific productions available for the management of gestational syphilis, which were used in the scenario script. With the support of theoretical references, the scenario was structured, according to the Clinical Simulation Manual of the Regional Nursing Council; Fabri; and INACSL Standards Committee. Results:A scenario was constructed that describes the scene of a pregnant woman in a prenatal consultation with a professional PHC nurse, where she complains about the appearance of a lesion in the genital region for a clinical simulation in three stages. In the first stage, the pre-simulation elements were created. In the second stage, the items that will be used during the execution of the scenario were structured. And, finally, in the third stage, the necessary components for the post-simulation moment were developed, the evaluation of the scenario and participants as well. Conclusion: A realistic, hybrid, low-fidelity clinical simulation scenario was successfully constructed and will contribute to training students in the area of women's health and nurses in continuing education on the control, diagnosis and treatment of syphilis.
