PriZma Bio Prov (PZ) and PrintaX AA TEMP (PX) tooth-colored A2 temporary impression resins were used to fabricate discs (10x3.0 mm) and maxillary central incisors (8.2x10.3 mm) that were subjected to the following post-curing times: 0 (T0), 5 (T1), 10 (T2) and 15 (T3) minutes (n=15/per group). The discs were used to measure AC by the sessile drop method and R with an optical profilometer, while the incisors for qualitative CE evaluation with the VITA Classical® Scale and quantitative with a colorimeter. A descriptive analysis was performed to evaluate qualitative CE. For quantitative CE, R and CA, a two-way ANOVA statistical test with Bonferroni post-hoc (p<0.05) was performed. In the qualitative method, the PZ resin showed greater color stability than the PX, although both with lighter colors than indicated by the manufacturer, while in the quantitative method, the PX showed greater stability. Both tested resins increased the contact angle from T0 to T3. Regarding R, the PZ resin showed a reduction as post-curing was done, while PX increased.
