General aim Analyze the integration of networks of health care by planning and defining service flow in the perspective of the Programme of Improving Access and Quality of Primary Care PMAQ-AB in the states of Ceará, Piauí and Rio Grande do North. Featuring Identify specific goals as if no record of the users most at risk referred to other levels of care, as well as estimate the availability of mechanisms and instruments for regulating the integration of networks of health care in those states. The study is cross-sectional, descriptive to a quantitative approach, part of the external evaluation of PMAQ-AB in 2013, the Ministry of Health which was based on the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The data used are all side of all 1,702 Family Health Teams who joined the PMAQ-AB in the states of Ceará, Piauí and Rio Grande do Norte, a total of 422 municipalities of the same states. Collecting these data was performed in the period from October to December 2013. A descriptive analysis of data was performed using absolute and relative frequencies of the variables through the Statistic Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows, version 22.0.0 . The results show that for better realization of Health Care Networks in the states studied is a deployment logistics to be able to identify users through a simple card identifying relevant actions for comprehensive assistance in other levels of attention to for electronic health records.
