Based on the specialized literature, the importance of establishing an organizational culture that is conducive to organizational commitment was considered. With this in mind, the aim of this article was to analyse the relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment at this leisure hotel, with an eye to factors such as lower turnover and employee well-being. The methodology used in this research was qualitative and descriptive. An interview was carried out with the leisure hotel's employees, from the operational sector, and they accepted the invitation and were actually interviewed. For ethical reasons, the identities of these individuals and the hotel surveyed have been preserved.
