This research aims to develop and apply a questionnaire based on Nielsen's Heuristics in order to identify possible failures or difficulties in the process of interaction between the user and the Poesia Compilada platform system. The interface was presented to three evaluators and a questionnaire was applied to understand how Nielsen's Heuristics are being applied. Based on the results obtained, it was possible to observe the identification of several problems in the evaluated interface, reinforcing the need to evaluate the interfaces in the development process.
