It is relevant to analyse the social blow back this service causes on the lives of the social educators prospects, understanding the limits and possibilities of the social politics on class society and the perspectives that might come to reality for those adolescents who live at the society’s border by a excluding and unequal system. This paper is quali-quantitative, using a dialectical method, historic and comparative procedure, and bibliographic, documental research with collection of field data. It notice the contribution of discussing the Social Work politics, inside its density, in a wide and specifically regards of adolescents, as the wide perspective of the Socio-educational Measure Services and defense of an open environment, looking for guarantee the reinforcement of the socio-familiar and community living, in a felony overcome situation, as the guarantee of basic rights for the family core. Beyond the approach of an important social working politics proposed on those teenagers social environment, we deconstruct their place in society perpetrated by unequalty that have as roots social exclusion.
