The presupposition that the blog is a technological resource that contributes in the teaching-learning process of the YAE, by peculiarities encountered in such a modality, providing an attractive and dynamic environment for these apprentices. It is discussed the changes in society related with the development of Information and Communication Technologies in education – ICT’s. It is emphasized the virtual learning environments, precisely the blog, its concept, origin and characterization, as well as the need for an initial and continued teacher training — in order of the incorporation of the communication and information technologies in schools.
